Terms of Service

Welcome to Meta Ads Connector (referred to as "the App" or "ZufaTech Connector"). By logging in, connecting your Facebook account, or using the App in any manner, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

The App is operated by ZufaTech. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the App.

1. Description of Service

The App is a read-only integration tool designed to fetch marketing campaign parameters and display ad performance metrics from your Facebook Ad accounts. The App acts as a visualizer to assist with campaign evaluation (e.g. tracking CPC, impressions, clicks, spend, and ROAS).

2. Access and Account Credentials

To use the App, you must authorize access via Facebook's official OAuth mechanism. You agree that:

• You are an authorized administrator, manager, or owner of the Facebook Ad accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Facebook account credentials.
• We do not store your Facebook password. You authenticate directly through Facebook's secure dialogs.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the App to:

• Access ad accounts or metrics you do not have permission to view.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use automated scripts or scraping tools to query our platform interface.
• Engage in any activity that violates Facebook's Terms of Service or Developer Policies.

4. Data Privacy and Facebook Compliance

We respect your privacy. Our collection and use of information via the App are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you are also bound by Facebook's Terms of Service and Facebook's Platform Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ZufaTech makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access.
• The accuracy or completeness of the analytics data retrieved from Facebook APIs.
• Compatibility with future updates of the Facebook Graph API.

We rely on Facebook's API availability. If Facebook modifies its endpoints or restricts permissions, the App's functionality may change or cease without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZufaTech and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data usage, or marketing budget losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You can terminate these Terms at any time by revoking the App's permissions in your Facebook account settings and ceasing use of the website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Qatar.
