Data Deletion Instructions

At ZufaTech, we believe you should have complete control over your data. According to TikTok's platform integration rules, we provide this page to instruct users on how to revoke permissions for the Campaign Performance app (ZufaTech TikTok Ads Connector) and request the deletion of any associated data.

Note on Data Storage: Because ZufaTech Connector is a read-only integration tool that retrieves your TikTok Ad metrics dynamically via API calls on-the-fly, we do not store or persist your TikTok campaign data, credentials, or dashboard configurations on our servers. Revoking access instantly prevents any future connection and removes all temporary token storage in Google Apps Script.

How to Remove the App from Your TikTok Account

If you want to disconnect the App and prevent it from querying your TikTok Ads insights, you can do so easily through your TikTok settings by following these steps:

1. Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager or personal TikTok Account.
2. Go to your profile settings / Account Settings.
3. Navigate to **Security & Login** or **Authorized Apps**.
4. Look for the App named **Campaign Performance** (or ZufaTech Connector).
5. Click the **Remove** or **Revoke** button next to the app's display name.

Once removed, the App will no longer have access to your TikTok login status, ad accounts, or insights, and your active session token is immediately invalidated.

How to Submit a Manual Data Deletion Request

If you want to verify that no traces of your session setup or configuration remain, or if you want us to manually inspect our server logs to ensure absolute deletion, you can submit a request:

1. Send an email to our support team at info@zufatech.com.
2. Use the subject line: TikTok App Data Deletion Request.
3. In the email body, provide your name and the TikTok Ad Account IDs or email address you used when connecting to our App.

Upon receiving your request, our support team will inspect our infrastructure, delete any temporary caching logs or configurations associated with your account, and send you a confirmation email within 24 to 48 hours.
