Data Deletion Instructions

At ZufaTech, we believe you should have complete control over your data. According to standard privacy rules, we provide this page to instruct users on how to disconnect the App Store Reviews Connector from Google Looker Studio and request deletion of any cached credentials.

Note on Data Storage: Because ZufaTech Connector is a read-only integration tool that retrieves your App Store reviews dynamically on-the-fly, we do not store or persist your application reviews, customer details, or metrics on our servers. Revoking access instantly prevents any future connection and removes temporary cache configurations.

How to Remove the Connector from Looker Studio

If you want to disconnect the App and prevent it from querying your App Store reviews feed, you can do so directly within Google Looker Studio by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Google Account and navigate to **Google Looker Studio**.
2. Go to your **Data Sources** list.
3. Locate the **App Store Reviews Connector** data source you created.
4. Click the three vertical dots next to the data source name and select **Remove** or **Revoke Access**.

Once removed, the Connector will no longer be authorized to query App Store Connect API keys or RSS paths on your behalf, and all associated session properties will be permanently deleted from your Google account environment.

How to Submit a Manual Data Deletion Request

If you want to verify that no traces of your session setup or configuration remain, or if you want us to manually inspect our server logs to ensure absolute deletion, you can submit a request:

1. Send an email to our support team at info@zufatech.com.
2. Use the subject line: App Store Connector Data Deletion Request.
3. In the email body, provide your name and the Application IDs or developer account email you connected.

Upon receiving your request, our support team will inspect our infrastructure, delete any temporary caching logs or configurations associated with your account, and send you a confirmation email within 24 to 48 hours.
