At ZufaTech, we operate the App Store Reviews Connector (referred to as "the App" or "ZufaTech Connector"). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. This Privacy Policy describes how we access, collect, use, and process information when you connect the App Store reviews feed to Google Looker Studio.

Strict Privacy Guarantee: The App accesses your data using read-only API and RSS calls. We do not store, copy, share, sell, or monetize your application reviews, customer names, or sentiment parameters. Your data remains strictly within your Google Looker Studio reports.

1. Information We Access via App Store APIs

When you authorize the App Store Reviews Connector inside Google Looker Studio, we request read-only access to query App Store review databases or public feeds. The information retrieved includes:

• Review Content: Reviewer nickname, review title, body text, star rating (1-5), and date of submission.
• Application Metadata: App Name, App ID, and developer name.
• Review Responses (if using App Store Connect API keys): Developer response text and submission timestamp.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process this data strictly for the following purposes:

• To display and aggregate App Store reviews and rating metrics in Google Looker Studio.
• To assist you in measuring sentiment trends, keyword frequency, and overall app score variations.
• To generate localized reports and exports for your product optimization.
• ZufaTech does not have access to your Looker Studio reports or workspaces.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Our infrastructure is designed to avoid unnecessary storage of personal data:

• No Server-Side Storing: Your App Store Connect API tokens and performance statistics are processed in real-time. They are stored temporarily in Google's secure per-user PropertiesService — never on ZufaTech servers.
• Token Revocation: Disconnecting the data source inside Google Looker Studio instantly invalidates any security keys or tokens stored locally in your Google user account.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with third parties. All reviews retrieved through the App Store feed are kept strictly confidential and remain in your possession. We do not integrate with third-party analytical companies that scan your data.

5. Your Rights and Data Control

You have full control over your data and access settings:

• Revoking Access: You can disconnect the connector at any time by deleting the data source inside Google Looker Studio.
• Data Deletion Requests: Because we do not store your data on our servers, there is no database from which to delete your information. However, if you believe we hold any persistent information, you can check our Data Deletion Instructions page or contact us at info@zufatech.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL/HTTPS) encryption to secure the transmission of all tokens and API calls between Google's infrastructure and the App Store APIs. We continuously review our security measures to prevent unauthorized data exposure.
