Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App Store Reviews Connector (referred to as "the App" or "ZufaTech Connector"), a tool operated by ZufaTech that connects Apple App Store ratings and reviews data to Google Looker Studio for reporting and sentiment analysis. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read carefully: By connecting your App Store reviews feed to this Connector, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.

1. Overview

ZufaTech provides the App Store Reviews Connector as a Google Looker Studio community connector. The Connector requests read-only access to query App Store review channels via RSS/API and transmits that data into your Looker Studio report canvas. ZufaTech does not store, edit, or monetize your feedback data.

2. Eligibility

To use the Connector, you must:

• Have a Google account with access to Google Looker Studio.
• Be authorized to access and aggregate review data for the specific Application ID(s) you configure.
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. How the Connector Works

The Connector operates entirely through read-only calls and does not perform modifying actions:

• Any optional API keys configured (e.g. App Store Connect API keys) are stored in Google's secure user-properties scope.
• Review data (reviews text, title, ratings, submitter name) is fetched dynamically on demand when you load or refresh your Looker Studio report dashboard.
• The Connector does not post, edit, or delete responses to reviews. It behaves strictly as a visualization tool.

4. Data Access and Permissions

Access keys are processed via Google Apps Script's PropertiesService — a per-user, encrypted storage system provided by Google — and are never accessible to other users or shared with ZufaTech or any third party.

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the data source in your Looker Studio report configurations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Connector only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Apple's developer terms and Google Looker Studio's policies. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or abuse the Connector's endpoints.
• Sync reviews from applications where you do not possess rights to view or analyze.
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or search limitations.

6. Third-Party Services

The Connector depends on Apple's App Store directories and Google Looker Studio. Your use is also subject to their respective terms and policies. ZufaTech is not responsible for any downtime or modifications in their systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Connector is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ZufaTech does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access, as uptime is dependent on Apple's servers and Google Looker Studio frameworks.
• The completeness or accuracy of review logs returned by Apple's feeds.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZufaTech and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Connector.

9. Changes to These Terms

ZufaTech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Connector after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
